How many hours can we bounce?

Bounce as long as you want! Our rates include an entire day. You want your inflatable set up at 8:00 in the morning? No problem. You want to bounce until 9:00 at night? No problem. Schedule your next party with us and make your event a "hoppining" good time.
What do I need to provide?

Bounce houses need electricity. Some inflatables have water slides and a water source is needed. Depending on your rental selection, a dedicated power outlet is needed within 100' of the bounce house. If you rent a water slide, a garden hose spigot needs to be within 100'. At Bluegrass Bounce Rentals, we provide the extension cords and garden hoses - relax, we got this!
Who can bounce?

Bounce houses are designed for children. All of our inflatables are clearly marked with safety instructions and guides that explain maximum weight limits and maximum number of people who can be in the inflatable at one time. Our staff perform a walk-through of your rental upon setup, to ensure your party is a success.
When is payment due?

Payment is due upon our arrival to your party location. We do not collect any money for reservations, and therefore require that payment is made in full before we begin setup. We accept cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle.
What happens during set up?

1. Our staff walk the site with you to ensure the bounce house will be located in a flat or gently sloping area. 2. We review the locations for electricity and if needed, water. 3. The bounce house is rolled out, cords are placed on the ground to provide electricity and water, the bounce house is inflated, and stakes are driven into the ground to ensure the bounce house stays grounded while your kids grab some air. 4. A final walkaround is performed with the Customer to ensure everything is satisfactory and to review the condition of the bounce house before the fun starts.
What happens during takedown?

1. We perform a walkaround of the inflatable with the customer to ensure the party was a success and to review the condition of the bounce house. 2. Our staff turn off the water and electricity and the water slide is emptied as needed. 3. We perform a final walk through of the area.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
